ORDERING INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important Points to remember when ordering:<\/strong>
\n1. Barpins are available in either the Open or Closed position. Standard shipment of Barpins will be in the Open position.
\n2. ABS plastic products are available either in clear or black.
\n3. All domestic Barpins are 100% Brass and are available either Raw or Nickel Plated.
\n*Providing us with the appropriate information will ensure accuracy in shipping as well as prompt delivery.<\/p>\n

Order Processing and Shipping:<\/strong>
\n1. Orders will be filled with a minimum requirement of $50 per order.
\n2. Use only our Part Numbers which are noted in the catalog.
\n3. Specify quantity and finish desired. All items are sold per one hundred pieces.
\n4. Normal stock orders are delivered within 2-3 days.
\n5. Custom orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks.<\/p>\n

Returns:<\/strong>
\n1. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and authorization number.
\n2. Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
\n3. Merchandise altered in any manner will not be accepted for return.
\n4. Returns due to our error will receive full credit or replacement plus return freight charge.
\n5. Returns due to customer error will be replaced with a 20% restocking charge.<\/p>\n

Terms of shipment for open credit accounts:<\/strong>
\n1. Net 30 Days on all shipments
\n2. FOB Bohemia, New York
\n3. Shipments will be made via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n

Establishing Credit:<\/strong>
\n1. New accounts desiring open credit terms should furnish three trade references and one bank reference on company letterhead.
\n2. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks to establish an open account.
\n3. All customers ordering for the first time will be shipped on a COD basis, until credit has been established.
\n4. No shipments will be made to past due accounts.
\n5. Any invoice past due will constitute COD for all future orders.
\n6. We accept all major credit cards.<\/p>\n
